Damage-control stores (ASI)
Every ship must carry damage-control stores. The timber part — beams, boards, wedges and plugs; composition is set by classification society rules depending on ship size and purpose.
We manufacture ASI timber items in-house and assemble kits to order — with the same quality discipline as MPS marine equipment.
Pine beams & boards
Shoring bulkheads and decks, braces, hole patches.

Locking shores, sealing gaps and cracks.

Workshop & products
The wood processing workshop in Pustyn village (Chagodoshchensky district, Vologda region) runs a full production cycle: roundwood harvesting, sawing, four-side planing, kiln drying and protective impregnation. The workshop is equipped with an overhead crane, a sawing line, a four-side planer and a drying kiln.
Besides damage-control stores (ASI) timber items we produce edged sawn timber (pine, spruce), planed products — boards, battens, lining — kiln-dried and impregnated timber.
