Facilities
Marine diesel generating sets, control systems and compressor units — assembled and bench-tested under classification society supervision.
What we build
Full production cycle: assembly, control system integration, run-in and load bench testing. Every unit is accepted with an RS or RCS surveyor in attendance.
Diesel generating sets
Main, auxiliary and emergency units from 16 to 3000 kW — 24 models in the range.
Control systems
Automation for main engines, gensets, thrusters and compressors — designed in-house.
Compressor units
Capacity up to 30 m³/h, rated pressure up to 32 bar, drive power up to 7.5 kW. Part of the starting air system.
MPS 3000 engine
Our own family of high-speed V-type diesels, 800–3600 kW — currently under trials.
A full cycle on one site

Assembly
Engine, alternator and mounted base frame are assembled into a unit to the project requirements.

Control integration
Our own control and protection panels are fitted and wired on site.

Run-in and bench
Load testing on our own bench before shipment to the customer.

Acceptance
Acceptance with an RS or RCS surveyor and full unit documentation.
